Obtaining Service
Why Build?
The goal is give individual residents and businesses the same access to telecommunications services that urban households and businesses can generally enjoy at affordable prices.
Competition?
All services delivered over this network will be provided by private sector companies. We are contacting as many local and regional providers as we can and are inviting all of them to sell services on the network. Services can be viewed at nDanville's service selection portal "portal.ndanville.net".

Ordering Services
nDanville is a state of the art Layer 3 IP network with end to end automated service provisioning. Once you have an nDanville connection to your business location, you can order services using a Web page on the nDanville site to select your services, and in most cases, the service will be available for use almost immediately after the order form is completed. Service providers will bill you directly; you will not receive a bill from the City.
